The Villa consists of four floors: the ground floor, the first floor, the second floor and the attic. It has five double en suite bedrooms and one cosy twin bedroom, accommodating up to 10 people. The first floor of the Villa, known as the Paulina suite, consists of the main bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. In addition to the main bedroom, there is another beautiful bedroom with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town Dubrovnik.
The second floor of Villa Paulina consists of two spacious suites, the Lidija and the Lukša suite. Both suites are furnished with a king-size bed and have access to a private bathroom, while one of the bedrooms also has an exit to a gorgeous balcony with a sea view. The wellness facilities of Villa Paulina are also located on this floor of the Villa, which includes a sauna room with a shower and a romantic black and white mirror room with a Devon & Devon bathtub. In contrast to the rest of the house, the attic of Villa Paulina is designed in a minimalist futuristic style with a king-size bed and a private bathroom which is ideal for guests who like an extra dose of privacy and relaxation.
The terrace has a gorgeous swimming pool and garden where guests can cool off and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and the City Walls of Dubrovnik. Next to the swimming pool is the outdoor dining area and jacuzzi. The Villa has three private parking spaces and two garage parking spaces.
