Built in 1936 for Dr Milicevic and his wife Paulina, this beautiful example of modern architecture survived two wars almost intact due to the dedication of Mrs Paulina Milicevic and her loyal maid, whose grandchildren now run the estate. Since the beginning, the house was well-known among the upper-class of Dubrovnik for its hospitality and upscale parties. Villa Paulina has a rich and varied history influenced by the people who lived here.

The Villa consists of four floors: the ground floor, the first floor, the second floor and the attic. It has five double en suite bedrooms and one cosy twin bedroom, accommodating up to 12 people.
The fantastic views will inspire you to take some photographs, and the sights you will capture will continue to amaze you repeatedly. Visit the museums of Dubrovnik, taste some of the delicious Mediterranean specialities at the taverns and restaurants of the Old City and complete the treat with a cup of coffee in Stradun. Everything for you for just a few minutes walk from Villa Paulina.
We can provide catering services for special events at the Villa. All our catering is boutique and bespoke. Our catering staff will come to the Villa and provide a fantastic dining experience for your special occasion with family and friends.
